Hey!!!
So yesterday my cousin Terra and I set up the desserts at a catering party we were hosting. It was my first time setting up and catering, but it was really fun! We made mini-desserts!Felt like it was thousands of desserts, because we were preparing for 80 people! We made Key Lime Cheesecakes, Dulce de Leche Cheesecakes, Red Velvet Cupcakes, Butter Pecan Cupcakes, Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies, Rum Balls, and Lemon Tarts. Everything was really good! So when Saturday rolls around we pack up the "Baker's Mobile" and go across town to set up. When we get everything done we come to find out we had left the oh-so-delicious Pecan Tarts home! (No worries future customers, if this ever happens it will be made up by a free dessert.) I will be posting pictures of yesterday for you guys to see(:
