So while I was in New York City I took a tour of the Institute of Culinary Education(ICE). It was amazing ! I got to see the kitchens, I was in a one-on-one tour, and I met Daisy Martinez! She was there doing a cooking instruction and book-signings of her cookbook Daisy: Morning, Noon and Night. I was really glad I spoke with her because she had very inspirational words.
