This past winter I went to Washington, D.C. for the first time. We went site-seeing and also went to this bakery store called "Little Bits". And I spoke with the owner and he gave me this recipe to Rolled Butter Cream Icing. So at the end of the past school year I decided to make my friends, teachers, and principles red velvet cupcakes. So instead of icing them I tried the rolled butter cream icing. It was DELICIOUS! Also I personalized them with edible markers... So cute!
