Yes that's right I am a pastry chef by day, C.I.A. agent by night! Not really, but I was somewhere better. The Culinary Institute of America(CIA). It is located in the state of New York. I really enjoyed my visit there. I got a chance to observe live classes, eat in one of the on-campus restaurants, and speak with the dean! I am very excited about this school! They have morning, noon, and night classes. Also the campus is VERY beautiful! Also the famous Catherine "Cat" Cora attended this school and Duff from the Ace of Cakes.
